Update on Proposed Reverse Takeover

Further to the Company's announcement on 11 September 2025 regarding the potential reverse takeover (the "Proposed Transaction"), Zenova, the innovative fire suppression and interdiction solutions Company, announces that the Proposed Transaction remains ongoing and continues to progress well.

The Board currently expects the Company to provide a further update by mid-May 2026, by which time it anticipates that the majority of the due diligence and relevant documentation pursuant to the Proposed Transaction will be close to near-final form.

The Company's ordinary shares remain suspended from trading on AIM pending publication of the Admission Document.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
