The Group currently has 34 centres encompassing 356 floodlit,all-weather outdoor pitches, spread throughout the UK and attracting around90,000 players to its venues each week. * 3 new 5-a-side centres to open over the next six months o Cardiff Centre - under construction - to open in July 2007 o New London City Centre - lease signed - scheduled to open in September 2007 o Milton Keynes Centre - under construction - to open in September 2007 *** Powerleague announces its opening programme for new 5-a-side football centresfor the next six months, in line with its plans highlighted at the time of theinterim results in March. CARDIFF Powerleague will open its first centre in Wales in July. The centre currentlyunder construction is located in North Cardiff on a major arterial road into thecity at the Whitchurch High School. The centre will comprise ten 5-a-sidepitches, with the latest 5th generation rubber crumb pitch surface. Powerleaguewill be offering the opportunity to participate in organised leagues, book aregular slot to play with friends or make one-off bookings. The centre will havequality changing facilities, a bar and full parking provision. LONDON CITY Powerleague is delighted that it has concluded legals and been able to secureanother site in the City of London, which is scheduled to open in September.Located at Old Street, this all indoor centre is highly accessible from the Cityand provides Powerleague's customers with a permanent, all-weather base. Thesite has been secured on a minimum lease of nine years with an option to renewand will complement the Company's successful existing City site in WorshipStreet. MILTON KEYNES Work is well under way on the construction of Powerleague's centre in MiltonKeynes, which boasts a large and active population. Milton Keynes will be one ofPowerleague's largest centres with ten 5-a-side pitches and a further two7-a-side pitches. The centre is located at Walton High School, is due to open inSeptember 2007, and will have quality changing facilities, a bar and fullparking provision.
