Update on Market Access ForEX Business

Market Access Limited, the Group's recently established foreign exchange business has introduced a commission sharing referral arrangement for financial and business service professionals to help accelerate growth. Hyman Capital Services Limited, a company controlled by Clive Hyman who is a Director of the Company, has entered into a referral agreement on the same commission and other terms as other introducers.

Related Party Transaction

A proposed transaction by Hyman Capital Services Limited with Market Access Limited is a related party transaction under the AIM Rules for Companies. The Board, other than Mr Hyman, consider, having consulted with Allenby Capital Limited, the Company's nominated adviser, that the terms of the transaction is fair and reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned.
