Update on Loan Note Subscriptions
Arria NLG (AIM: NLG), a leader in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Generation ("NLG"), today provides an update on the Company's progress.
Loan note subscriptions
As announced on 3 October 2016, Arria has received agreement for subscriptions for approximately £2.7 million of unsecured convertible loan notes (the "Loan Notes"). As at the date of this announcement, the Company has received £1.1 million of the £2.7 million relating to the Loan Notes and expects to receive the balance of approximately £1.6 million by 15 December 2016, in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreements. It should be noted that, as the underlying Loan Note subscriptions are denominated in US dollars, the final amounts received from the subscribers may be impacted by foreign exchange differences.
