Update on Issue of Shares under Share Incentive Plan and Directors' Dealings

Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource development company with interests in gold, manganese and other minerals, announces that further to the announcement of 9 April 2019 which reported that the Board of Directors approved the issuance of a total of 14,717,790 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SOP"), admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will now take place on or around 13 May 2020.
