Update on Investment review
The Company announces that, further to the announcement of 3 June 2015, Galloway Limited's ("Galloway") review of potential investment opportunities remains ongoing. Given the change of the Company's investment policy (as approved by Shareholders on 28 July 2015) the directors and Galloway are now able to consider a wider pool of potential investments and, as such, the Company has agreed to extend the deadline for a report to the Board on these. The Company expects to be able to announce its conclusion shortly.
The Company can also confirm that its new website, www.kualainnovations.com is now live.
