Update on Investigation

The Company announced on 4 November 2014 that it had instructed independent accountants and lawyers to investigate certain material concerns over the classification and valuation of £4.3 million of assets.

The investigation has made significant progress and is nearing completion. The Company is assessing the likely impact of the findings on its financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2014.

As a result, the Company will not be in a position to announce audited final results for the year ended 30 June 2014 and to post the accounts with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, until early 2015. The trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended until it publishes its audited accounts.

In parallel, the Company continues to progress its activities at Kabwe and the directors are currently undertaking a peer review of the feasibility study for processing the washplant tailings in order to advance the project.
