Update on Further Investment in the Cinovec Lithium-Tin Project

On 3 October 2016 the Company announced a further investment in European Metals Holdings Limited ("EMH") by way of a placing of AUD 2.6 million. The placing was subject to approval by EMH shareholders at its Annual General Meeting which was given on 18 November 2016. The 5,000,000 Chess Depository Interests have now been admitted to trading on AIM and subsequently REM's holding in EMH is now 20.76 per cent.
