Update on final results for year ended 31 December 2021

IDE Group Holdings plc, the mid-market network, technology outsource partner announces that, further to the announcement made on the 30th of June, it now expects to publish its final results for the year ended 31 December 2021, towards the end of August 2022 following completion of the audit.

The Company confirm there has not been any changes to the information provided in the trading update on the 30th of June.
