Update on Farm-in Agreement with Nordic Petroleum

Further to the announcement made on 22 August 2012, the Company has proposed a further extension to 30th November for the completion of the Farm-in agreement in relation to four oil sand leases at Chard in Alberta, Canada. The proposal will be considered by the board of Nordic Petroleum and further announcement will be made following this.
