1 July 2014 Expro International ("Expro") Candover* notes that Expro has made an initial filing with the SecuritiesExchange Commission ("SEC") which is the first step in a potential IPO in theUnited States. While the registration statement is under review, in line withSEC requirements, no public comment can be made on the registration process. Candover's interest in Expro as at 31 December 2013 accounted for 46% ofCandover's net asset value (715 pence per share).
