Update on Equity Sharing Agreement

On 18 August 2017, the Company announced that it had entered into an Equity Sharing Facility arranged by RiverFort Global Capital ("RiverFort") (the "Announcement").

Further to the Announcement, the Company announces that D-Beta One EQ, Ltd paid a total of £11,964.67 as a result of trading in the Company's shares from November 2017 to January 2018.
