Update on Equity Sharing Agreement

On 18 August 2017, the Company announced that it had entered into an Equity Sharing Facility with RiverFort Global Capital ("RiverFort") (the "Announcement"). Further to the Announcement, the Company can confirm that it is currently in discussions with RiverFort regarding the calculation of the first Monthly Payment. The Company expects to announce the quantum of the first Monthly Payment during the second week of October 2017.

Going forward, the Company intends to announce the results of their monthly drawdowns in the

second week of the month after each individual drawdown.
