BlackRock Throgmorton Trust plc (the “Company”)LEI: 5493003B7ETS1JEDPF59Update on Equity IssuanceBlackRock Throgmorton Trust plc (“the Company”) has issued, or re-issued from Treasury, 11,527,194 Ordinary Shares over the past 12 months across a large number of transactions.The Board of the Company understands that certain investors would welcome an additional opportunity to invest in the Company. The Company is therefore considering, in addition to such recurring issuance, a single potential issue of equity by way of a placing.
