Zoo Digital Group PLC05 April 2005 5 April 2005 ZOO DIGITAL GROUP PLC ("ZOO" or "the Group") UPDATE ON 'WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE?' DVD GAME LICENSE ACTIVITY ZOO Digital Publishing Ltd ("ZDP"), the games publishing division of ZOO DigitalGroup plc, today announced that it has agreed that Universal Pictures willpublish a new and improved edition of the Company's popular DVD game 'Who WantsTo Be A Millionaire?' for a third successive year across multiple territories.In addition, ZOO today announced that it has signed further license agreementsto publish the game in Germany and Russia. Universal Pictures License AgreementUniversal Pictures will publish a new and enhanced version of the 'Who Wants ToBe A Millionaire?' DVD game to be released for Christmas 2005 in the UK, Franceand Australia. Following the success of the Second Edition which sold over750,000 copies after being released in November 2004, the Third Edition willinclude a family feature where children can play against adults with specialquestion sets. In addition there will be picture round questions included forthe first time. ZOO will generate revenues based on royalties of every gamesold. Release in Other Territories - Germany and RussiaIn Germany, ZOO has signed an agreement with T-Online to publish a new versionof the 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' game for the German market, againfollowing the success of a 2004 released game. For the first time the game willalso be published in Russia, under a new license agreement with Russianpublishing house Novyi Disk which will be released in late April 2005. As withthe Universal license agreement, ZOO will generate revenues based on royaltiesof every game sold.
