Update on Disposal of Investment

Kubera Cross-Border Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that further to the terms of a Share Purchase Agreement dated 17 March 2017 as announced on 20 March 2017 in respect of the disposal of the Company's entire stake in Planetcast Media Services Limited (the "Disposal"), and the most recent announcement made in respect of the Disposal on 31 December 2018, the Long Stop Date for the disposal of the entire equity stake held in Planetcast Media Services Limited that was extended to 28 February 2019, has now expired.

All parties involved remain closely engaged. At this time the Company is entirely focused on closing the transaction as soon as practicable.
