Update on Disposal of Investment

Kubera Cross-Border Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that further to the terms of a Share Purchase Agreement dated 17 March 2017 as announced on 20 March 2017 in respect of the disposal of the Company's entire stake in Planetcast Media Services Limited (the "Disposal") and the most recent announcement made in respect of the Disposal on 4 October 2018, the Company is pleased to announce that progress has been made in the regulatory approval process and, accordingly, the long stop date for the Disposal has been further extended to 28 February 2019.

Other than the extension of the long stop date, all other terms and conditions of the Share Purchase Agreement remain unchanged.

A further update will be made in due course.
