Update on Disposal of Investment

Kubera Cross-Border Fund Limited (the Company) announces that further to the announcements made on 19 December 2017 and per the terms of a Share Purchase Agreement dated 17 March 2017, the Long Stop Date for the disposal of the entire equity stake held in Planetcast Media Services Limited has been further extended to 31 July 2018. We continue to await the final requisite ministerial approvals which are required for the transaction to complete, and are working closely with management, our fellow shareholders and the buyer to achieve a successful outcome.

Other than the extension of the Long Stop Date, all other terms and conditions of the Share Purchase Agreement remain unchanged.
