Update on Disposal of Investment

Kubera Cross-Border Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that further to the announcement made on 20 March 2017 and per the terms of a Share Purchase Agreement dated 17 March 2017, the Long Stop Date for the disposal of the entire equity stake held in Planetcast Media Services Limited has been extended from 16 September 2017 to 1 November 2017. This is to give all parties additional time to receive the final ministerial approvals which are required for the transaction to complete.

Other than the extension of the Long Stop Date, all other terms and conditions of the Share Purchase Agreement remain unchanged.
