Update on Disposal of Investment

Kubera Cross-Border Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that further to the announcement made on 14 September 2017 and per the terms of a Share Purchase Agreement dated 17 March 2017, the Long Stop Date for the disposal of the entire equity stake held in Planetcast Media Services Limited has been extended from 1 November 2017 to 31 December 2017. We continue to await the final requisite ministerial approvals which are required for the transaction to complete.

Other than the extension of the Long Stop Date, all other terms and conditions of the Share Purchase Agreement remain unchanged.
