Exillon Energy plc
Update on Delisting from the London Stock Exchange
Exillon Energy plc ("Exillon" or the "Company") announces today an update on its plans to cancel the listing of its ordinary shares (the "Shares") on the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and of trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "LSE") (the "Delisting").
The original timeline for the Delisting has been affected by the effect of COVID-19 on the business of the Company and, as a result, the Delisting process has been delayed. The Company now intends to proceed with the Delisting and convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the "EGM") shortly in order to put a resolution regarding the Delisting to a vote by shareholders.
As previously announced, the Delisting is subject to approval by at least 75% of shareholders of the Company at the EGM. Further details in relation to the Delisting and intended date of the Delisting will be set out in the circular to be published in connection with the EGM.
