Update on December Half Year Report
The Company is currently working with its auditors to complete the December 2020 half year report. An important part of the process is capturing the Events Subsequent to Balance Sheet Date. At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled on 17 March 2021 (AEDT), several resolutions will be considered by Shareholders to settle previous issues and set up a solid foundation for resuming operating activities.
We expect the completed reports will be lodged following the AGM and issue of related settlement equity.
