Update on Court Hearing

Further to its announcement on 14 September 2017, Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (AIM: CGNR; ESM: CGNR.I), the gold exploration and development company focused on Ireland and Finland, announces that the Court Hearings in the case brought against the Company by Mr O'Sullivan in the High Court in Dublin concluded today. The Judge will give his decision at 11.00am on Tuesday 26 September 2017. A further announcement will be made on Tuesday 26 September 2017.
