McInerney Holdings plc ("McInerney" or the "Group") announces that the High Court hearing to consider the confirmation of the appointment of an Examiner to McInerney, McInerney Homes Limited, McInerney Construction (Holdings) Limited, McInerney Contracting Limited and McInerney Contracting Dublin Limited was held on Friday 10th September 2010. The hearing has concluded and Judgment has been reserved until 1400hrs Monday 13th September 2010.
