Update on Chief Financial Officer

Action Hotels, the leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia, provides the following update in relation to the Company's announcement on 8 September 2015, which reported that Krish Sundaresan, the former Chief Financial Officer of Action Hotels, had left the Company to take up the role of Chief Operating Officer at Dubai Investments PJSC, the largest listed investment company on Dubai's Financial Market.

Following Mr Saundaresan's departure, the Board started its search for a successor, and that search continues. In the meantime, we have a strong finance function within the business and are confident that the Company's finance needs will be more than adequately met until a replacement is appointed. In the interim, Katie Shelton, a member of Action's senior management team, who is an experienced finance professional and qualified prize-winning accountant, will continue to carry out the role of full-time interim CFO as she has done since the departure of Mr Sundaresan. For clarity, Katie is not on the main board of Action Hotels.
