Update on business relationship with Barratts Trading Limited

Town Centre Securities PLC ("TCS" or "The Company"), the Leeds based property investor and car park operator provides the following update on its business relationship with Barratts Trading Limited ("Barratts").

Following weekend press speculation regarding Barratts, the Company issues the following statement clarifying its business relationship with Barratts. Barratts no longer trades from any retail premises owned by the Company. Barratts is a tenant of the Company, at its Head Office located at Harrogate Road, Apperley Bridge, Bradford. The rental income from the property is £235,000 per annum which is approximately 1% of TCS's gross income. As previously announced, TCS has now obtained council support for redevelopment of the Apperley Bridge property for residential development.
