Update on Board of Directors and CEO Position

28 May 2014, Exillon Energy (EXI.LN), ("Exillon Energy", "Exillon" or the "Company"), a London Premium listed oil producer with assets in two oil-rich regions of Russia, Timan-Pechora ("Exillon TP") and West Siberia ("Exillon WS"), announces that following the appointment of three new independent non-executive directors to its Board, Pavel Chernienko has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

With today's appointments and the resignation of Mr Chernienko, Exillon now has a Board of five directors of whom three are independent.

The Board of Directors subsequently appointed Alexander Suchkov, a director and current Deputy CEO, to the position of CEO.
