Update on Appointment of Nominated Adviser
26 February 2016: Auhua Clean Energy (AIM: ACE) previously announced the resignation of the Company's nominated adviser, Grant Thornton UK LLP, which will take effect on 29 February 2016. The Company announces that, while it is still in discussions with potential replacement nominated advisers, it will not be able to appoint a replacement nominated adviser by close of business of 26 February 2016. As such, trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be suspended with effect from 7.30am (GMT) on 29 February 2016.
While the Company continues to work to secure a replacement Nominated Adviser, shareholders are reminded that if the Company is unable to appoint a replacement nominated adviser within one month of suspension, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
