Update on Publication of Annual Accounts and Financing Discussions

Further to the Group's announcement of 1 May 2018, Green & Smart Holdings plc (AIM: GSH), a renewable energy company generating power from biogas captured through the treatment of palm oil mill effluent ("POME") in Malaysia, provides an update on the publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2017 (the "Annual Report") and on its discussions with a potential new institutional investor.

Progress has been made on the Company's audit for the year ended 30 September 2017 and that of its subsidiaries. The audit is still ongoing and the Company now expects to complete its audit at the end of July, and publish its Annual Report and announce its final results soon thereafter. The final results will be published concurrently with the Company's interim results for the six months to 31 March 2018, which should otherwise have been published by close of business on Friday 29 June 2018 in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.

The Company's ordinary shares will remain suspended from trading on AIM until such time as the Company has published its 2017 full year results and its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2018.

Discussions with the potential new institutional investor are continuing with terms yet to be finalised and the Company will provide further updates as appropriate.
