Update on Admission

Vertu Capital Limited announces that, further to the announcement made on 30 September 2022, as the change of name of the Company to Vox Valor Capital Limited is taking longer than anticipated, the Company expects to close the proposed acquisition of Vox Capital Limited on 31 October 2022 and it is further expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 31 October 2022.
