Sub: Update on acquisition of itemized assets from Stork Ferro and Mineral Industries Private Limited

This has reference to our earlier disclosure dated March 30, 2022 with respect to the execution of an Asset Transfer Agreement (ATA) by Tata Steel Limited with Stork Ferro and Mineral Industries Private Limited ('Stork'), for acquisition of itemized assets to produce ferro alloys.

This is to inform you that, Tata Steel Limited has today, i.e. July 26, 2022 completed the acquisition of itemized assets from Stork and the appropriate consideration has been paid.Post-closing adjustment and activities shall be completed in due course.

This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
