Update on Acquisition

Further to the announcement on 4th February, the Company has now been advised that completion of Shengli Printing Science and Technology Co, Ltd ("Shengli") is expected by 31st March 2014. The Company has delivered the various supplementary information requested by the local Commission of Commerce and now await the final necessary regulatory approval relating to the business licence.
