UPDATE ON PUBLICATION OF 30th JUNE 2011 NAV
The Board of Pantheon International Participations PLC (the "Company") advises that the publication of the Company's NAV for the quarter ended 30th June 2011 has been delayed. This delay has arisen as a result of the additional time required for the Company's auditors to review with the Board the basis upon which the Company's standby agreements with investors, in respect of Redeemable Shares, should be accounted for on the Company's balance sheet. The Board has been advised that this is a purely technical accounting point which may result in the inclusion of an additional asset on the Company's balance sheet. A further announcement is expected to be made in the coming days.
