("AEP", "Group" or "Company")

Update on 2024 Audit Completion and Annual Report Publication

Further to the announcement on 30 April 2025, the Company wishes to provide an update to shareholders regarding the progress of our audit of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 and publication of the annual report.

The Company's external auditor, Forvis Mazars, has informed the Audit & Risk Management Committee that the audit is substantially completed with no significant issues raised. The Board expects no significant change to the key performance figures as indicated in the trading statement which has been previously announced.

The annual report and financial statements are expected to be published on 30 May 2025.
