Aortech International PLC07 December 2005 For Immediate Release 7 December 2005 AorTech International plc Update of Postal Poll AorTech International plc (AIM:AOR) provides a further update from the PostalPoll called on the Resolutions from the AGM held on 17 November. Resolution 5, the re-election of Jon Pither as Chairman was successfully carriedwith 100 per cent of votes for the resolution. Votes as follows: 2,133,998(99.89%) for the resolution and 2,317 (0.11%) against the resolution. Resolution 7, that the name of the company be changed to AorTech Biomaterialsplc was defeated with 89 per cent of the vote against the resolution. Votes asfollows: 242,264 (11.34%) for the resolution and 1,894,051 (88.66%) against theresolution.
