In accordance with Schedule two (g) (v), Inditherm plc (the "Company") hereby announces that in respect of other directorships held by Mr John Markham (a Non-Executive Director of the Company), Administrative Receivers were appointed on 27 April 2005 at C6 Solutions Ltd and Synthesis Group Limited entered a Creditors' voluntary winding up on 14 October 2005. The estimated deficiency as regards creditors was £3.3m and the estimated total deficiency as regards members was £5.3m.
