Worthington Group PLC08 August 2005 Worthington Group PLC (the "Company")8 August 2005 Move to AIM On 18 July, the Company's Chairman indicated in his statement that accompaniedthe annual report that the directors intended to move the Company's listing tothe Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. The Board has reviewed the decision as a result of a further cost benefitexercise undertaken following the changes to the regulatory regime pursuant tothe implementation of the Prospectus Directive on 1st July 2005 and hasconcluded that the move to AIM will now be postponed indefinitely.
