Further to the Company's announcement of 27 June 2016, regarding a petition for the rehearing which was filed to the Court of Appeals of the Federal Circuit in Washington (the "Court"), in relation to the Company’s claim against Apple Inc. for infringement of the Company's patent for live streaming (the "Petition for Rehearing"), the Company hereby announces that the Court has denied the Petition for Rehearing.

The Board of Directors of the Company is considering its next steps and will provide further updates in due course.
