Update: Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement on 28 January 2013 regarding an issue of equity, Altona announces that 25,666,666 Placing Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 11 February 2013 and that the remaining 16,666,667 Placing Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 28 February 2013.

A further update will be made in due course.

Following the admission of 25,666,666 Placing Shares to trading on 11 February 2013, the Company's total issued share capital will be 545,290,186 ordinary shares.
