Update: Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement on 11 February 2013, Altona confirms that the remaining 16,666,667 Placing Shares have today been admitted to trading on AIM.

Following the admission of the remaining 16,666,667 Placing Shares to trading on AIM today, the Company's total issued share capital will be 561,956,853 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore the above figure of 561,956,853 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Altona under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
