Update in relation to court hearing

Ramat Gan, Israel, 15 September 2016

Further to the Company's announcement dated 6 September 2016 regarding the ongoing case taking place before the Economic Department in Tel-Aviv District Court (the "Court") between Mr. Naftali Shani and Adv. Arnon Gicelter (the "Petitioners") and Israel 18, at a hearing yesterday the Court postponed the proposed sale of the shares in the Company held by the Petitioners pending full repayment of the debt owed to the Petitioners by Israel 18. If the debt is not fully repaid in the next few days, the outcome of the auction process will be concluded on 27 September 2016.
