This is further to our announcement dated 16th May 2014 enclosing the press release on divestment of stake in The Dhamra Port Company Limited.

We now wish to inform that L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited ("L&TIDPL"), Tata Steel Limited ("Tata Steel") and Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited ("APSEZ") had signed a share purchase agreement dated May 16, 2014 for sale of 100% stake in The Dhamra Port Company Limited. The transaction has been successfully completed.
