Update disclosure of relevant securities in issue pursuant to Takeover Rule 2.10

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the Irish Takeover Panel Act, 1997 Takeover Rules, 2013 ("Takeover Rules"), UDG confirms that it has 251,974,223 ordinary shares of €0.05 each ("UDG Ordinary Shares") in issue and admitted to listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. This reflects an increase of 43,705 as against the number disclosed on 1 June, 2021 pursuant to Rule 2.10. The ISIN for the UDG Ordinary Shares is IE0033024807.

UDG also confirms that there are 3,270,392 options over ordinary shares outstanding under the Company's share schemes (the 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan and the 2019 Performance Share Plan). This reflects a reduction of 43,705 as against the number disclosed on 1 June, 2021 pursuant to Takeover Rule 2.10.
