Update concerning termination of Mining Right No. 7081-HQ-SML

Further to its announcement earlier today, BMR now understands that it has the right of appeal against the Mining Cadastre Department of Zambia termination notice for 30 days from 6 February 2018. As previously announced, BMR intends to exercise this right as soon as practicable.

BMR notes the announcement earlier today by Jubilee Metals Group PLC, which has invested in a joint venture with BMR for the development of the Kabwe project and has a 29.01% interest in the issued share capital of BMR. BMR is appreciative of its support in resolving this matter.

Further announcements will be issued as appropriate. The suspension of trading remains in place until further notice.
