Update: Automotive deal
London, 20 February 2019 - Telit Communications PLC ("Telit", "the Group", AIM: TCM), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), confirms that final discussions in relation to the completion of the proposed sale of its automotive division to TUS International Limited ("TUS") are ongoing and a further announcement will be made tomorrow, 21 February 2019.
