United Drug plc 

Dublin and London, 20 October 2011: United Drug plc ("United Drug") today announced that cash consideration of £8.2 million has been agreed for the purchase by Medco Health Solutions, Inc. of United Drug's entire 50 percent shareholding in their UK homecare joint venture. United Drug will also continue to provide various services, including nursing and logistics services, to the UK homecare company.
