Dublin and London, 13 June 2012: United Drug plc ("UD" or the "Group"), a leading international provider of services to healthcare manufacturers and pharmaceutical retailers today announces that it has paid €29.9 million in cash to acquire premises at Magna Park, Citywest in Dublin from Roadbridge. Following completion of the transaction UD now owns all the warehouse and office buildings on the site at Magna Park that house the headquarters for the Republic of Ireland Healthcare Supply Chain business and the Group head office.

The acquisition will be financed from UD's internal resources and existing debt facilities and is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings.
