Results of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today,

12 February 2015, were approved by Shareholders on a show of hands. The final dividend of 6 pence per share in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2014 will be paid to Shareholders on 20 February 2015.
