The Directors confirm:

· Unaudited net asset value (NAV)1 of 53.32p per Ordinary Share as at 31 March 2026, after the payment of a second interim dividend of 1.00p per Ordinary Share on 16 January 2026, compared to the audited NAV of 55.28p per Ordinary Share as at 31 December 2025; and

· NAV total return2 of 153.67p per Ordinary Share as at 31 March 2026, compared to 154.63p per Ordinary Shares as at 31 December 2025.

Notes:

1The NAV as at 31 March 2026 is unaudited and reflects the closing bid price of quoted securities as at that date. The NAV incorporates the Directors' valuation of unlisted investments as at 31 March 2026.

2NAV total return is the sum of NAV per Ordinary Share and dividends paid per Ordinary Share since launch.
