Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 May 2009
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per ordinary share as at 31 May 2009, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 1725p, before the deduction of the final dividend of 23.5p per share proposed by the directors in relation to the year ended 31 March 2009.
The monthly reported NAV per ordinary share, together with performance statistics and information on the valuation of principal investments, is available on Caledonia's website at www.caledonia.com.
